Our products

We sell made-to-order apparel and gifts. We do our best to display colors and designs accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly due to screens and the nature of garment-dyed fabric. Each item is printed individually, so small variations are normal and part of the character of the product.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, or refuse or cancel an order — including after it's been placed — if we suspect an error, fraud, or a violation of these terms. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you.

Shipping & delivery

Because items are made to order, production time is required before shipping. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guarantees. Carrier delays may occur after an order leaves production, but if your order appears lost, stuck, damaged, or incorrect, contact us and we'll help resolve it according to our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All original designs, artwork, product mockups, branding, logos, site copy, photography, graphics, and other content on this site belong to Breakup Boutique or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, or use our designs, images, branding, or site content without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others. We may restrict or terminate access for misuse.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our products are sold as-is for personal use. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Breakup Boutique is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these terms limits your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect items as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
