Every Breakup Boutique order is made to order, printed just for you, and sent with care. Here's what to expect.

Two stages: production, then shipping

Because every Breakup Boutique item is made to order, your order goes through two stages: production, then shipping.

Production usually takes 2–7 business days after your order is placed — and most orders are produced within about 2 days. Once your order ships, U.S. delivery typically takes another 3–8 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we'll always help if something looks stuck, lost, or wrong.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your estimated delivery date has passed, email hello@breakupboutique.com and we'll look into it.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on U.S. orders over $50.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — it's the most common cause of delivery problems. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping may apply.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund & Return Policy — we'll replace or refund defective or damaged items at no cost to you. A quick photo helps us sort it fast.
