Refund policy
Every Breakup Boutique item is made to order just for you. Because each piece is printed individually when you place your order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for size choices, color changes, or change of mind.
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us at hello@breakupboutique.com before you buy and we'll help you choose.
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items — we make those right
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a short description of what's wrong. In most cases, we'll send a replacement. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll issue a refund.
Lost or stuck in transit
If your tracking shows your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@breakupboutique.com and we'll work with our print and shipping partners to resolve it — usually with a replacement. See our Shipping Policy for delivery timing.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment; additional shipping may apply.
Cancellations
Because items go into production quickly, we can only cancel or change an order within a short window after it's placed. Email hello@breakupboutique.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
